Firmware issues
The firmware can crash if the roaster for example loses wifi during a firmware update or if the roaster is turned on/off very fast.
Symptoms:
The roaster is stuck in update firmware mode for more than 15 minutes.
The led lights are turning on but not the motor or the screen.
Solution:
By placing the roaster in safe mode the roaster will attempt to download the firmware and reinstall it. Please follow this guide for instructions.
If placing the roaster in safe mode didn’t help, then proceed to step 2 - reinstalling the default firmware by USB. Follow this guide for instructions.
