Coffee roasting in its essence is all about the cupping, and it is right there at the cupping table that our roaster really shines. A completely uniform heat transfer with unmatched control allows you to bring the best flavors out of your coffee and with minimal waste.

Once you find that perfect cup you can rest assured that our roaster can replicate it perfectly, every time, and without your assistance. Just like with our ROEST sample roaster, you can expect the same effortless roasting and improved workflow when we combine smart software with solid engineering solutions.

  • Hybrid technology: combination of drum and hot air roaster

  • Batch capacity: 2000 grams

  • Production capacity: 500kg a week

  • Voltage: 230 - 400V (1 or 3 phase) 

  • Power: ~ 3500 - 5500 Watt (1 or 3 phase) 

  • Weight:  ~ 50kg


Price

There are high initial investment costs included when starting your own roastery. Especially the price of production roasters. ROEST P2000 will be a balance between the high initial cost of a large capacity roaster and the cost of manual labor.

First model for potential pilot customers will be ready at the end of 2021.
