Stacy Wright, Product Specialist at Caravela

Stacy Wright is the U.S. Product Specialist at Caravela Coffee, where she helps roasters and buyers discover exceptional coffees through quality control, expert cuppings, and flavor profiling. Since 2012, she has worked in the specialty coffee industry, primarily in coffee shop management. With a deep commitment to quality and education, Stacy partners closely with customers to ensure every cup meets its highest potential.

Nicolas Herrera, Relationship Builder at Caravela

Nicolas Herrera is one of the Relationship Builders at Caravela Coffee, where he is responsible for communication across the entire supply chain — from producers and Caravela’s internal teams to importers and roasters.

Since 2016, he has worked in the hospitality industry, and in 2020, he began working with green coffee in Colombia and throughout Latin America, gaining a strong understanding of the dynamics of different origins. Nicolas works closely with both roasters and producers to ensure alignment and mutual understanding across all parties
