Nikolai Fürst is the founder of Desarrolladores de Café and author of the book “Cómo tostar café.”

Desarrolladores de Café is a Colombia-based company that, rather than hunting for coffees, works hand-in-hand with 15 farmers across the country to develop unique lots by selecting varieties, terroir, and processing techniques.

We love working with friends and believe in full transparency throughout the process.
