AJ Doell's passion for specialty coffee was ignited during his time living in Sydney, Australia. Returning to his native Canada in 2018, he quickly immersed himself in the coffee industry and has been a valued member of the Eight Ounce team for 4+ years. His dedication to the craft is also evident in his three appearances at the Canadian National Brewers Cup, culminating in a 3rd-place finish in 2024.
