Firmware update v20.2.0
In November 2023 we sent an update of the firmware to version v20.2.0. If your roaster did not update itself prior to 13 December 2023, we now need to give it a nudge to help it update.
To check if your roaster has been updated, tap on the timer to enter the main menu, then tap on ‘Machine Setup’. In the lower right corner of this menu, you will see the software version. If this says Version 20.2.0 then you already have the latest version and no further updates are needed.
If not, then please fill in the form below and we will set up your roaster to download the update. When your roaster is ready to update itself, we’ll notify you by email.
